In 1974 in Italy, published a book “Civilization under the ice,” the retired admiral Flavio Barbieri. Based on the analysis of archaeological finds, ancient documents, legends, myths and traditions of ancient peoples, as well as their scientific and technical knowledge the author has come to the conclusions paradoxical.
He believes that all agricultural civilization arose almost simultaneously in different parts of the world: Central and South America, Mesopotamia, Central Africa, East China, South-East Asia. And this despite the fact that there are no contacts between these regions at that time was not.
