The language can be learned. Child French-speaking parents living in France, not born with the ability to speak French. However, barely reaching the age of five years, the child can easily learn to speak French. The child is the German-speaking parents living in Germany, just as easily learn to speak German.
And it is not because of any child born with special abilities to the language of their parents. If the children of French and German families would have been exchanged in infancy, a small, Pierre learned to speak «Auf Henderson, a baby Hans could be equally at ease to say “Au revoir». And if the young Pierre, and Hans were in the early years his life in America and would grow with American children, they both learned to speak «Good bye», without any accent.
